This is the face seal that presses into the face of your CO2 valve.  They usually last a really long time, but when you are losing CO2 either very quickly or slowly this very well may be the culprit.
Be sure to always snug up your CO2 cap and also to put that drop or two of Cart Gun Oil on each CO2 cartridge change to make this part last and last.
These Custom parts are freshly new (not old stock) and have never been used or installed.
They have not been modified in any way.
